May be Mr; Saleem given an ordinary charge of chairman,he is acting chairman for some period, new SPSC chairman will be Rana Bhangwandas, it is confirmed news. As we know when Ex-Chairman Sayd Irshad Shah resigned then Mr; Panah Jumani member of SPSC given an ordinary Charge and after some days chairmanship was supervised to Agha Rafiq. In my opinion member of SPSC cannot be permanent Chairman.

I respect your point of view but dear I don't think that Rana Baghwandas will hold the reins. Because Rana sb is more strict and proponent of merit than Agha Rafiq. And moreover why Rana would accept this post after being posted as a Chairman of FPSC. PPP govt want to appoint their Yes-man so that they can induct their favorites through a legal way (through exams conducted by SPSC). Ran would by no means acquiesce to the illegal demands of PPP.
