I heard he doesnt have legal authority to carry out any exam. If its true then why has he been appointed.

Dear saima baloch, I found you very active and informative pcs female candidate ever on this forum....hence, I m in dire need of study friend for pcs preparation. ...can we both share our study plan and material regarding upcoming pcs .....you will find me serious and competitive in this regard ...
