Good Effort!
This is really a good effort, to encourage those who are facing problems in essay writing and composition as well. By launching this area, aspirants will have been provided a guideline, which, certainly, enhance their capability of being good writer. In this regard I need a answer of my question that who will assign topics for writing? Are aspirant allowed to write their own chosen topics?
Plze look into the matter and suggest ways accordingly. THANKS REEYAN |

Nice step towards healthy competition. Well, I am very glad to see such fortnightly frequency of the competition. I wish we can continue this trend without any disruption. But fortnightly feasibility seems little bit tuff for the job of our jury. They may not handle it fortnightly. Let’s give it a try, if in any case our jury feels overburdened than we should decide for competition at monthly frequency which will be quite reasonable.
In addition to all these announced instructions, following suggestion may be considered if these seem feasible: 1) Top five essays should be announced 2) Comments by the jury should be posted on top three essays. 3) Reputation points should be assigned to the candidate who is on the first number. Rational for my suggestions: 1) Top five essays should be announced: This will serve as a pool for the members to rely on more than one essay which qualify for the top five positions. This will minimize demotivation among the competing members. And as compared to only one essay these five essays will serve as accumulation of better essays inventory for the future reference. 2) Comments by the jury should be posted on top three essays: By commenting of top three essays our jury will be helping our members in order to learn the strong points from a variety of the candidates, and to point out the weaknesses. I don’t suggest this phase for top five essays just because that will be a cumbersome process for our jury to comment on five essays. 3) Reputation points should be assigned to the candidate who is on the first number: Ofcourse, we have to maintain the sense of competition. By assigning points only to the toper will be a factor of motivation for that toper and a future target for those who could not make it this time. Finally, no appeal against the decision of judges, no grievances from the members, and no discouraging behavior should be floated. Regards

This is to inform that jury has decided that the option of submitting the essay through scanning or posting lies with the contestants i.e whatever they find easy and appropriate.
