they have asked in the interview questions quite in line to the job description. nothing bad if someone asks you about the job you are going to do. well to be exact record keeping and drafting and letter writing were already part of paper weightage.

Bro its not about what question they are asking. But how are they evaluating candidates? I have not seen any thing on which they are writing down and such like stuff. They are just asking question from their cell phones and thats that. and two candidates at a time..i mean seriously?
