yes you are right about the fact that OJT (On Job Training) is pretty much the exact way to teach working.
Bro its not about what question they are asking. But how are they evaluating candidates? I have not seen any thing on which they are writing down and such like stuff. They are just asking question from their cell phones and thats that. and two candidates at a time..i mean seriously?

I had 52 Marks from Sind R but didn't receive an interview call.

Same here. Got 55 from Sindh (Urban) but didn't receive a call. Strange. Merit must be high, I guess.

You must call OTS & ask the Cutoff marks of Sindh R.
