Yeah. You are right, there is no pension benefits but only Gratuity is given at the time of retirement. But besides that, there are other lucrative monetary benefits like bonuses equal to full salary etc etc

Such a pathetic management of Interviews. Dont know how many candidates they have called for interview for 7 seats
and also never seen 2 candidates being interviewed at the same time. The attitude of the panel was also so casual.

I second you. They called all the candidates with 40+ marks. Moreover, they were asking questions about jargons related to the post and about experience as Assistant? If they needed experienced people they should have mentioned that in the advertisement or those things can also be taught in 1-2 weeks training.

7 seats and 121 candidate call for interview aur jis ka 44 marks the os ko b bhulaya tha 121 candidate is liye bhulaye the bcz un ka apne larke merit pr nai a rhe the bcz un ka marks kaam aye the interview ma sirf khan pori ki ha aur kuch nai aur sawal kitne ajeeb poch rhe the files ka matalq. i waste her time money aur kuch nai

i see no harm in that
they have asked in the interview questions quite in line to the job description. nothing bad if someone asks you about the job you are going to do. well to be exact record keeping and drafting and letter writing were already part of paper weightage.

yes you are right about the fact that OJT (On Job Training) is pretty much the exact way to teach working.
