It is better to be on safe side. Don't ignore case studies at all. Even if exam doesn't test your expertise to solve case studies, it is better to read case studies for clarity of concepts in theoretical and section-wise study. Case study polishes your concepts.
Regarding Books: Don't go through all the books, just select any two books.

Ok Raz bhai...I have very short time and i want to prepare it within 15 days.you have mentioned many books earlier.Would you please name the particular two book which serve the purpose for both theory and case study?
