we have nothing to do with other provincial PSCs. WE are concern with bpsc. every province has its own needs and criterias for inducting new provincial officers/employees . so comparing provincial PSCs on basis of conducting exams makes no sense.

i just gave reference of SPSC, definitely it has nothing to do with BPSC.

Now concerned department's administrative Secretary/subject specialists will also be a part of viva in bpsc. In pcs exam Secretary s&gad will be member of viva panel. It is a positive sign.

Already posts have been announced for ranker. According to my limited knowledge, they have 50 % quota. Equal posts must be announced for fresh candidates.

Many superintendents have s.o charges. They either be promoted as s.oz or new s.oz may be inducted through bpsc directly.

But Mr zaheer's words also carry some weight.
