Great opportunity for All unemployed youth. And a good step by Baluchistan government, to eradicate unemployment as well as strengthen education system. These recruitments should be done on purely merit bases so that this step would be fruitful.

Default Suggestion
No doubt its a great step by the newly elected government of Balochistan, to provide 4359 vacant posts to thousands of unemployed youth of Balochistan but to make it more efficient and purely on merit, I have some suggestion if someone forward it to concerned authorities please.

1.The NTS fee is Rs. 1000 for each post which the poor and unemployed youth couldn't pay ,secondly the NTS will conduct this test in the city of Quetta so hundred of thousands of applicant will apply from different cities of Balochistan so they will have to come to Quetta to attend this test which will effect their budget or may be they couldn't manage to attend this test.

2.The NTS should provide answer sheet(carbon copy) in the test and upload the result of answer sheet on the same date to make it clear from the corruption.

As for as indigenous conditions of Balochistan is concerned, NTS needs to review its policies. Paying such high fees is not possible for many unemployed candidates.

Does anybody can confirmwhether candidates have filed a petition in court for recruitment on District basis in lieu of Union Council ???
