Salam to all , dear yeh MTO sab jhoth hai yar , yeh seats mostly bikti hain yar 500000 se 100000 tak even NBP and SBP MTO seats,

i have applied twice in NBP MTO But failed even i have attempted my paper best and hopeful for that i will b in toppers in merit but failed

and i have also applied in punjab Cooperative bank and i think i have attempted this paper also best and hope for in best position but finally i have failedddddddddddd.

so i have asked from seniors , and they will tell me that k yeh seats bikti hain yar .........................

I also have the same story. I heard many times but I don't agree with people's

view but now i also believe that something wrong in the story.

dear you should believe me , its true story , its my personal experience ,

i think 70% to 80% jobs in Banking sector Recruit on Sifarish & Paisa and rest of the seats recruit under merit.

i dont think so dear....though their is certain portion of safarish and paisa but not that much u r proposing....i m working in mcb bank and mashallah im on merit...and most of the guyz were on merit base.... now i was appeared in nbp final interview and hopeful for good result...before this i also passed abl mto test but cudnt been selected...sometimes its ur luck as well which plays a dominant role....so dont be pessimist.....dont give up....

i agree k kuch seats pay safarish chalti hai aur boht kam pay paisay b chaltay hain

par ap atleast test to pass karo then yeh factor ata hai if u cant pass the test hten ur not good enough

mein nay ABL AUR MCB dono ka test pass kia but got rejected in INTERVIEW
ab I HAVE PASSED TEST , GD and appeared in interview of NBP
AUR PPCL MEIN mein mer aik dost is batch mein hua hai witout any kind of refrence

ap boht high %age bata rehay ho IS thara to bank 2 4 saal mein khatam ho jaye

i think k tama thara ki safish 30%-35% maximum ho sakti hai in total batch

But I think in Pakistan Most important thing is your reference and experience while your degree don't have any value...........specially in those cases in which You dont have any Special Reference....

tu aap batain kya kerain , Pakistan main tu Har Dept main easa hota haye ( Ab tu adat se haye esaye Jeenaye main ) .. chalo yar test ka Experince hi mil jata haye na. baqi Jahan Kismat hogi Job Sob wahin hi milaye gi,,, Try your Luck and Do you Best..Dont be Dis-heart..

dear Island i am not dishearting to others but as my experience which i have gained i am sharing my experience and telling that what's reality in practical life.

so dont it be negative dear...

i think in CSS and PMS Candidates recruit on 100% merit

@Razzi you are right we believe that in CSS and PMS there is 100% merit and it is General discussion and I don't have any intention to discourage any one. and every one knows what is happening its around.
