The aim of this program is to recruit young talent and to develop and train them to assume future leadership roles within the Retail Banking Group. As part of the RBO Program, you will go through comprehensive class room and on job trainings.

As part of the RBO development plan your career path will be clearly defined. The performance of all the RBOs are closely monitored and regular feedback and coaching will be given to you so as to enable you to achieve your career objectives.

Attached with this e-mail are all our joining documents and forms. You are requested to go through all the attached files thoroughly and fill out all the attached forms.

You will receive a call from our Learning and Development Center and will be required to go that center on the address given below to collect your appointment letters and hand over the duly filled and completed joining forms. When you go to collect your appointment letters, you will be informed of your respective date of joining and compensation details.

Jin Ko RBO k liye selection ka email aaya hai, kya unho ne RBO k liye apply kiya ta or BBO k liye, as per my infrmation abhi RBO walo ko bulayengay, BBO walo ki list abhi fial nahi huwi. Lets c what the truth is. Kisi ko BBO k liye email receive ho to zarur bataye.

My medical was also on 8 march at multan fatima centre.. but i arrived late over there... have u received any update after medical.......

i also received the same email instead ive sent them scanned copy of my degree. Then i called Karachi Headoffice the man there asked me about the email address on which i mailed. i.e kci.hrd15@ubl.com.pk
But this is wrong email address . He provided me the correct email address i.e kci.hrd152@ubl.com.pk
Then i mailed them again.

a few minutes ago i talked with tazeen shahid manager recruitment karachi. She told me that she has got my degree. And she will send me the email. Some forms will be attached to that. Training will consists of two groups. it will start on 2nd april for lahore, sialkot and gujranwala region.

It means ive got selected yayyyyyyy
