Banking has no Growth...if you are MBA than you should join Corporate sector as managerial job...yahan (banking) ka Manager dhobi k pet Doggy ki manind hota hai....Banking puraney zamaney ki thi jb 1:30 pm pe door closed hojaty thy....ab ki banking buhat controversial, complicated aur buhat hi tough hogaye hai..is ki waja which I think...pehly log aty thy Bank account khulwany...per ab BANK jata hai jholi phela k logo k pas account leny...jis ka faida ghalat log utha rahy hain....Banking vs corporate sector ki 1 nice example bhi deta chalu....if you are in corporate sector if you promoted your salary will increase definitey...25 % -50% INcrement alag....per on other side if you are banker & promoted you 'll receive just load of responsibilities & work nothing more aur increment bhi aaj kal koi bank de raha hai wo bhi highest 18 % hota hai wo bhi sab employes ko nhi milta.....jb k aaj kal officially inflation Pakistan me more than 14% hai...jb k unofficially 26 % hai.....ab aap log batao 1 banker ki kia life hogi in upcoming years.
