dear if you want to go for further studies or competitive exam for govt job then you should continue your current job where you have lot of time for studies, bank's job will be tough one to spare time.

Brother if you are leaving the profession of teaching and joining the banking sector ,means you are going to hell by leaving heaven.

Dear Ghulam, as a govt employee you cannot survive in Bank job. its starts 9AM to 8PM. you will need targets to accomplish for promotion.
it depends upon you, how do you manage? Mostly Bank employees are not satisfied with their bank job as it is most tough job.

Post MTO Vs Teaching

Bhai mere Bank ki job se teaching 1000 guna behter hai, 1 to teaching moazaz pesha hai aur dosra agr islami lehaz se dekha jaye to bank ki salary aur teaching ki salary......................
Bank join kr k apni life mai tention ko welcome kaho gy aur na koi social life ho gi na koi family k lye time.
Aur han Govt salary mai increment aur promotion k bhut chances hain leqn bank mai increment thora aur promotion ka koi pta nahi.
