What is the least amount of required capital?
There is no criteria of least amount. It is different from broker to broker.
You can start your business with 10000 to some brokerage houses.
While other may have a requirement of 50000 for initial investment.
The next process is purchase and sale of shares.
you can ask any question relating to that process.

Stock market is the game of mutual fund and those who have maximum number of shares,,,they can take profit and get dividend,,,in the contrary, if an investor has limited number of shares, he/she always become a victim of speculators(profit takers).
Why then real investors are keen to invest?

He is right. Only big investors earn profit from stock exchange. More than 90% small investors in stock exchange are in loss and had ruined their savings and investments.
