abl interview kabhi behi subjective nhi hota or mostly wo he log call kiye jatey han interviewees mai jo 80 to 900% confirm ho jatey han as formality hota hai to chk confidence or ye behi key agar in case kesi or city mai transfer kia jaye tu ye banda baag to nhi jaye ga .... If your answer to traveling is welcome then you are most probably hired

they have asked me where you want to work for ABL and I have answer them that I will work all over the country where you people appoint me.

Yes the asked me about my qualification and city.No the did not asked about my fimly.
They did not discourage me not to join TELLER .The already know about my passing last degree but they asked me that are you know about Teller nature I simply answerd him that I had studied your advertisment in a news paper they said ok and then one of them make it clear that Teller is cashier nature job and dealing with customers.And Please tell me what type of question they were asked from you and why they discouraging you not to join teller.

I want to know about the interview results of Allied Bank Limited for the posts of Teller. They are saying we will inform you, wot is this. When they will inform us about our selection. Please anyone help.

Initially they will hair you on contract afterwards you became permanent based on your performance, The hierarchical structure at ABL is not in OG rather MG, Teller is below then BDO as far as i know in this regard.

Never opt for teller in ABL this time they gave only 1400-1500 increment to 2 years experienced teller what a pathetic management
I request all prospective candidates never join ABL as a teller

Is there any forum to challenge the appraisal policies of a bank. For instance the increments this year in ABL are highly discriminatory junior and senior staff's pay scale are equal.

I want to ask seniors how can we challenge this policy in courts is there any room in law

I asked one of the senior officer at ABL he told me that increments are performance based may be one is rewarded 10% other 25%,

i think that BDO may be the career growth trajectory....as once you get skilled in bringing deposits to the bank then there is no way that you cannot be a branch manager....as branch manager job is solely to keep and bring bring deposits in the bank....i am not sure about it but telling my personal eye witnessed situation....
