no one is mr. 100%....agr aisa ho tu koi select nae hoga or agr aisa ho b tu ye unfair hy kyun k aik question se bnde ki competencies assess nae hten...........to me interview was just personality assessment.....bcz ur academics and test score is there to show ur mental apptitude.............
