right dear an organisation specificaly Banks do not hire employees of other banks when external hiring is done. as they do that is just "switching". but what if a person have the experience in the same organisation?

I have been also waiting for email.
But Thnx to ALLAH that I have been selected as TBO in MCB.
I have received appointment letter 4rm MCB with orientation on 09 April on 9 a.m in Rawalpindi..
