What did you select in master's degree option while applying? because that field was mandatory, you would have selected something.

and about your other comment, no they are not challenging HEC, they have just set a policy on their terms and every organization has the right to do so.

i have a problem i have done BBA (H) and i am shortlisted. they are asking for the masters degree which i dont have , what shoul i do , because according to HEC honours degree is equivalent to masters?

Hy dear i also have the same issue . BBA(Hons) and short listed..
but i think we must try there as one of my class fellow was selected as MTO in Meezan bank so we must took chance,,,
let's see what would happened...

Policey For MTO 2010

You should be Master Degree holder. Honors or equivalent degree in not acceptable for this position.

- You should bring Original / Final transcript of Master, Matric / O-Level Degrees.

- Your minimum CGPA should be 3.0.

- You are also required to bring your Original CNIC.

- In case of non-availability of the Final Transcript; you should carry your University Letter clearly mentioning therein that you have completed your Masters with 3.0 or 3.0+ CGPA.


It is once again communicated if you are Honors Degree not Master Degree holder and cannot arrange for the above mentioned documents; you will not be considered for the interview and your visit will be useless.

Not even a single bank short lists candidate on sect basis. Only one bank is labeled as pro-shia bank but that seems only a perception because if you observe the staff of that bank, you will find people from all the sects.

ABL has not made your qualification as specific bench mark for short listing; neither the "sect" has been targeted. ABL has justified ground for short listing and that is unknown to all of you except few insiders. That benchmark sounds reasonable and doesn't fall in the category of discrimination.
