please solve this with explanation

Aslam has 4 times as many books as Salman and 5 times as many as Javed.
If Javed has more than 40 books, what is the least number of books that
Aslam could have?

and also this


Aslam is now 3 times as old as Javed, but 5 years ago, he was 5 times as
Javed was. How old is Aslam now?

if javed present age=x then aslam age=3x
5 years ago aslam was 3x-5=5(x-5)
3x-5=5x-25
25-5=5x-3x
20=2x
x=10
now javaid age is 10 years and aslam age is 3*10=30years.

correct if i am wrong

Default ABL: change of criteria?
I am guessing ABL has changed its criteria of minimum masters degree, as you may have noticed that some MBAs with good enough GPAs have not been shortlisted and some with 4years bachelors have been called for the test.


Any comments?

correct answer is 8/3...but i dont know how it is..plz explain...
