my interview went gud,
my major is marketing so they ask me about product life cycle and bcg matrix and i reply them quit well.
then they ask about family and place of living and just asked me about if they sent me lahore or other city i said i can go....

around 200 candidates selected for an interview out of which 185 give interview others got rejected bcs of final transcript not available and there are total 50 seats.

I had my interview yesterday

Timing was of 5 30 pm

Interview started 8 30 pm

05 minuted interview, three executives were there, one executive left at 8 o clock. Probably he is the one that was conducting technical interviews as we heard from many candidates that finance related questions were asked like Kibor, Libor and Annual Report sort of things.

Mine was so smooth, it started with my university and year of graduation, then whether I am fresh or working somewhere?

This was the turning point, as I am currently engaged with an organization that is corporate client of ABL, so discussion went of like who is looking after treasury in my company and what are the timings, here timings would be much crucial and why you want to join banking industry ?

End was like of all the candidates that if we deploy you somewhere else?

Haan one more thing, they asked about my family as well in quiet details.

Among three interviewers only one was asking questions as the other two might be exhaustive of conducting interviews

More than 110 candidates were called yesterday for an interview, and interviews are been conducted for 4 days I guess, so approx 400 candidates would be interviewed,

Is there anyone who gave test and did not received interview call?

Hope you all are fine. I also gave an interview on 11 June at 1 pm but interview started at 3:45 pm. There were three person ask me about general question like family, political situation, only two question asked from field which are treasury bill and term deposit certificate. Then they ask me about Banking industry its role, then they look each other that any one want to ask more. Then they say ok Thankyou...

those fellows, who were interviewed yesterday, are requested to kindly share their roll no.s, CGPA and expected test marks...

I'm just trying to solve the enigma behind sequence of interview call...

I also gave interview today. Interview was quite good but 2 hour late by prescribed timing My major is marketing but they said during interview that they don't have any head office based positions right now.

One of my friend from HRM got the same answer during interview yesterday. They told her that she will be deputed at any branch but not at HR department right now.

It's little confusing here that why they called candidates from other fields than banking / finance when they are not intending to hire them???

They should screen them at initial stage rather telling at final interview.

Any member who is other than finance / banking field and gave interview here, please share your experiences and replies from them.....!!

I am not feeling comfortable after-all i successfully pass my test and have very good CGPA, then why they are not hiring graduates from marketing & HRM???
