3 years bond and a notice period of 90 days with a three months basic salary penalty if you fail to serve the notice period are two that I find most problematic.

Can anyone clarify, the documents that i received only had the surety bond but not the service agreement. According to them surety bond/service agreement has to be notarized. Are they the same or different?

There is another thing I have just heard of. MTO's grade is OG 1 and when we have been hired as Trainee Officers in OG-2. Can someone clarify?
1. Is there any distinction between Trainee Officer or Management Trainee Officer at Askari or other banks?
2. The career progression goes like this OG2 then promotion to OG 1 and then AM. So after 3 years we would reach at OG 1 which is MTO. Is that so? If yes then its deeply saddening

I hope you guys understand now. Be positive stop assuming things. TOs include Both MTOs abd GBTOs. Everything will be cleared once the training starts. Plus we are being offered MTO level salary 42k just in training alone. And also for comparison NBP also hires only Trainee officers at OG 2 instead of MTO and offers 43k salary. A friend got hired at alied bank at MTO and was offered Og 2 at 35k a month. Even bank if punjab hires TOs. The last time Askari Advertised MTOs positions was in 2016 and all of those selected bwere inly offered TOs at og 2 abd latter in after training like an year or so were converted to MTOs. Nobody hires MTOs straight at og 1 grade now. Relax they just changed the name tag. Stop assuming be positive and patient. Plus dont worry AKBL will post u at a workplace near you. Yes surety bond/service agreement are the same thing. Talked to Mr. Mian Javed and he cleared it when he called for the hotel booking.

If you didn't get the call it's nothing to worry about.
