I too have received an email. Can someone please guide about interview? Whta is the nature and scope of an MTO? what is the pay?

Pay would be somewhere between 35-40k, not sure though. My interview center is Karachi, its on 4th march! Do share your experiences as you get done with yours. Would be appreciated!
