I now see what your concern is. If interviews for OG-1 are indeed going to commence by the second week of march as implied by the post of one of the members which said the interview letters will be received by next week at the latest, one can safely assume SBP's results will come before Askari's. This has particularly got to be the case considering Askari conducts two interviews. Just appear in both the interviews and give in your best, and whatever the outcome, don't give up and have faith. I know its easier said than done, but its the option we have. May the odds be in our favor.

I have my interview on 5th March in Karachi.....When almost 70-80% guys will have been interviewed till that date...... So those having interviews from 23rd Feb till 4th may share their expereince of interview so that we may have a better idea of how to deal with it...... And Also do anyone knows the gap between Initial interview and Final one or when can we be told whether we are qualified for final one or not...because those from Karachi may not have any issue but people coming from 700 KM away cities will have the problem ........ whether to come back hometown after initial one or have to wait for it in Karachi

3 people were sitting in an interview panel and they only asked personal questions like
1) Introduce yourself?
2) Why banking?
3) Why Askari bank?
4) which banking would you prefer? Islamic or conventional
5) Can you work outside Islamabad?
6) which city would you prefer?
7) Job in banking is tough. will you be able to do it?
etc etc
There was no technical or finance related question
