As per my information, there is no need for Board Approval at this stage. This is wholly solely MD discretion. However 26th Annual Meeting was held on 30th March 2017. Refer Daily Mashriq.

why they working so slow..they must completed the process in 20 days after interview..i think they will take long sleep..

The wait is over. Coming week is the last week. Board will conduct their meeting by tomorrow and issue the list of selected candidates.
