Guarantee Ap ka koi janne wale means Ap k father ka koi friend ho jo apko r apki family ko bht achi tarha janta ho r damages ki baat woh ap Guarantee wale bande ko pay kr sakta ho r baqi info. theak hai

Aur medical k liye agr ap ka koi doctor janne wala hai woh de sakta hai

ies ka mtlb hai k agr shadi hui hai to apne son ya daughter ka name likhna hai r spouse mean zoja (biwi) ka name likhna hai

Ap k father ya mother ka name sirf form of nomination mai aa sakta hai

Surety bond must be on stamp paper otherwise it has no legal status nd cant b challangd in court. So plz confrm it ?

it isnt mentioned k bond stamp paper py hoga ya nai so i think we can give it on plain paper

kisi na personal guarantee banwa li hai us ka sath bs guarantor ki bank statement lagani hai na aur guarantor ka signatures ki us ka bank se tazdek karwani hai ya nai.is ka elawa guarantor ap ka family member hu sakta hai ya nai because on guidelines there is nothing mention abt that
