on BOP website 19 pages are given with detailed instructions about the service formalities.
legal documents include
personal guarantee: any relative friend neighbor can be your guarantor who will agree to indemnify the bank upto the amount of 50000/- Rs in case the bank suffers any loss due to your negligence. get the document typed on the stamp paper following the instructions provided and get it signed by the guarantor and two witnesses (any person can be the witness)
agreement of service: typed on the stamp paper you have to sign it yourself and leave the space which will be filled by the signature or stamp by any authorized individual at the bank
bond: on the stamp paper and you have to sign it
rest of the forms given are to be filled as provided just get their prints and fill them
that's what i did
you can get some help from any friend or relative who is working as a government employee that can be very helpful

there is no format given for the references, i called the HR person nouman ahsan as instructed via the offer letter he said we can give references on simple paper (separate paper for each reference) from any person, government employee preferably but not compulsively. i took the name, nic no, address, and signature of the references.

secondly i asked some explanation of the credit statement required with the personal guarantee he said the current bank statement of the guarantor will have to be attached with the guarantee.

thanks to this forum, i always got help here whenever i needed. all the best to those who have been selected and best of luck to those who are not. i personally think the HR people were waiting for the acceptance of MTOs, because if someone decides not to accept the offer they may call the next person on the merit list to fill the seats. that is why they didn't call for the TBOs yet once they get acceptance for MTOs and the batch is completed they will call for the TBOs Insha,Allah. it's my personal view. hope for the best

Those who are going to submit their documents at BOP please ask HRD that whether they are going to call any further candidate for MTO post in the place of the persons who have not joined and about the final package after training as well..

anybody know the timings & other details regarding tomorrow??
