reference letter can from any person or any specific person?

Sir Salman Notary karwaanay hain documents. Notary ki service courts mn hoti hai jo sarkaari wakeel hotay hain na wo notary krdety hain

I have received sms and email but not letter. I am selected for DG Khan region. training starts from 9th December in Bahawalpur.

yar ye reference letter ma kisi bhi aam shahri ka banwa sakta hu. like my friend.

attestation notary public se krna zarori hai ya kisi bh 17grade walay se kr skte hen???????????

Notary se hi karwana pary ga ku k demanded hi notary public ha email ma.
