operating leverage means the ration between fixed and varriable assets. higher the leverage ,higher the risk.

financial means the ration between the debts and the assets. higher OL means higher risk to bankrupcy

Default My Interview today at Karachi
The pannel came from Lahore to conduct interviews so possibly the same ppl cud be in lahore interviews.

I m a Bi Major student HR+Finance

Introduce yourself
Why Bi major
how wud u manage if are also a student of evening
HR Related question (Separation Management)(Maslow hierarchy of needs) situation based Performance related, Organizational Culture)
Finance related questions(verticle analysis, Net profit treatment in that, Auditors report, Items included in a financial statement, importance of notes with an example)
Weakness and strengths as an individual
how wud u manage multi tasking at bank
forced me to agree on lahore and Quetta location
Bond sign kerna huga.
What would i prefer Operations or HR dept
Thankyou and wait for result thats it

wat u said when they forced u to agree on lahore and Quetta postings.

can any one share wat is bst answr to these quistions professionaly???
1) whn they ask abt postings in th diffrnt location or out f ur city?
2) if we select you thn you can not do M.phil or some other degree. r u agree..?

Well my 9 answers i beleive were correct out of 12 questions they asked.
i did nt turn blank on any question there was 1 question i simply said never herd about it so wud not comment which was related to a company ICI..

And Bi means 2 electives of HR and 2 electives of Finance , i m BBA [Hon's] grad

my interview lasted for 35 minutes and be prepared to have one of your longest interview discussions, i agreed to work in lahore but said Cant work in Quetta. they asked reasons i said i have my relatives in lahore but no one in Quetta, even then they forced me to say yes for both locations i said as u wish sir, becuase they were manipulating all my valid reasons so i had to agree in the end.

i will answer to your 1st question, "sure. in fact there will much learning in a diversified culture"

second question don't tell them that you are a student of m-phil

people who have given interview, hav any idea that without call letter (bcz of not recieving letter) any person is restricted to go in?????? even though he/she is shortlisted for interview???????

Khi me aj last day tha interviews ka, the guy who was receving docs was also from lahore and very strict on document completion his name was Ghulam Mustafa, today he did not allow ppl with incomplete documents. he was attaching the call letter with the academic documents and sending it to the pannel, now if u can prove wid any other way either by showing him sms or print out of list on the net he will allow u... he already had a list of our names
