during interview some people were asked many questions like subject specific, Gk while some were nt asked much just introduction bond signature nd locations. what do you think what would be reason to addopting such way

My interview was 70-80 % correct.....

nd mese to kch khass pocha hi nai provinces kitne han president of Pak kon hy ase stupid se question pochan GK mai baki kch Accounts k pochay...
i dnt knw whts wrong with them... mujhe to un k questions pe hansi aa rhi thi bht zada relax ho gye thi nd confidant b....bt kch smjh nai aya mujhe unka itne simple question krna

They asked about my intro
about my current job
Y I have done BS in finance
what I envision myself in 10 years
functions of a commercial bank
what is a central bank
what is SLR
The middle one asked whether I want to join head office or branch
inquired about my father's occupation
and in the end asked about the bond signing i said no issue at all
Lets hope for the best

Sir according to my sources... Mcb is shortlisting candidates and training will start by 1st of April.
A specific weightage will be assigned to Test marks, Interview marks and Academic qualification of each candidate and final list will be prepared according to this. It will be totally merit based selection.

An officer of Mcb told me that final merit list will be prepared (after combining Test, Interview and Academics marks) and top candidates in the list will be called on the basis of vacancies available in each region. In my perception it may take one-two weeks time.
