Yes it confirmed. Result may come on 21 or 22 or maximum upto 25 march.
Training will start 4rm 1 april INSHALLAH. (As Per H.R Official in Interview)

I am not sure about any allowances etc. As far as Bond is concerned you have to sign a bond of Rs. 300,000. Its a legal contract and bound you for 3 years i.e. you cannot leave this job within three years without paying this amount to the bank.
Usually banks and other institutes require you to sign a bond because they invest money on you by providing training. An official was informing us that "we spend much money and time in providing training, refreshments and 2 Trips to some picnic spots so we require you to sign a bond".

I have come to know dat they will dispatch letter within a week while training will start from 12 or 15 april

I got a call from MCB HR. They asked about my BA Degree. When I went for interview, I submitted BA transcript since the degree was in my Islamabad college while I was in Lahore. Although I did submit my Masters' degree and transcript on interview. However, the HR guy said it does not mean I am selected right now, he is only collecting missing documents. He gave me deadline for Monday of 18th March. I did submit degree in time. It means, they will be shortlisting candidates sooner than expected.
