i m asking moderators and admin why my post in this thread was deleted?

it happened many time before but i thought moderators must have seen something but this time i dont see why it was delete some one will tell me why ?

You used netspeak in your post which is not allowed on forum. You are a senior member now. You have to follow the rules of forum. Beside this, you have posted this thread in wrong section. It should be posted in Site feedback section.

Dear Bro

it is confirmed that this Position is For OG IV because where MCB require minimum education of Graduation there shall be grade for OG IV salary 15000/=. One point more TBO ( Trainee Business officer) job for MASTERS or 4 year BBA and hired for OG III which have Comprehensive training for 6 Months both job and class training and salary package 25000/=

obviously in any big and leading organization has an opportunity to grow with them. but matter is small step leads to another small step and big step leads to another big steps. OG IV is lowest grade in MCB.
