Job Description:

The General Banking Officer (GBO) program is an initiative taken along these lines to inject fresh graduates and ease their transition from university into the business environment and also expose them to business practices that will help set the foundation for success throughout their careers. This program is aimed to provide development opportunities to the potential fresh graduates and inculcate a culture of open communication and meritocracy.

Brief Job Description

The primary responsibility is to provide support to the branch by managing core branch functions for servicing customers in accordance with the high standards of service quality of the bank.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility criteria will be based on below-mentioned areas/points:

- Minimum Graduation.

- Age should not exceed 25 years as of 31stDecember 2013.

-Outsourced employees providing services to MCB are eligible to apply if they meet the other criteria; however their service period with MCB will be deducted from the actual age while calculating age for short listing purposes.

Note: Candidates who are awaiting their final academic result will not be entertained.
