AOA, dear all i have confirmed during interview that why they don't call me for gbo so the answer was i have one 2nd division, for the post of gbo you should have 1st division throughout academic career...

i have 1st division throughout in my academic record and my test and interview both were very good but still i didn't receive any call for selection. And i have done MBA finance also. What can be the reason in my case for not getting selected?

but i have first division throughout my career then why i was not shortlisted for test of GBO ?

Name,Family background,educational background, financial means and info about siblings and parents occupation, current job and current salary, mobility for job in cities of, internship, language, interests, transfer to far apart areas which i refused and also refused to take responsibility of cash transactions, totally general interview, and my interview took more time as compared to others. They asked from some candidates about hobbies, tv dramas,etc. i don't know that how they did selection on very general questions.

General questions were just a formality to make sure the others that they all also have been considered for selection. It was just a encouraging plane to all such candidates to take part again in future. You have been taken seriously but you refused to be responsible for cash transactions so this may be the reason.

These may be the major reasons.
As a female it was not possible for me to do a remote area job with a responsibility of risky cash transactions thats why i did not lie to get job and refused openly and i have no regrets on it.
