i dont have much experience...but i would suggest you to carry on with your current job!because this a typr of BDO job.because i asked them about it...and they told me that you would have to sell the products too..meeting targets etc is also involved.

Yesterday i took interview for tbo. interview was in urdu and they asked me,

what is the meaning of your name?
what does your father do?
how many brothers u have and your number?
why you select your field of Specialization?
2 questions about my specialization field of graduation
about my current job
what do you know about MCb?
who is the president of Mcb?
from where did you make preparation for interview

Dear you dont need to worry about the sales term in banking sector...Sales does refer to attract people to open accounts with in your bank...many people get confused with the sales job in banking as to compare it with having a bag on his shoulder and sell the products like cards, and other financial instruments shouting all the way card lay lo card lay lo ...BDO and TBO etc are good doors to enter into banking sector if you wish to prosper there...believe me sales job is much easy as compared to work in operation side or on cash counters...as for as 3 years bond is concerned some people damn care about it...You have to sacrifice your experience earned in terms of certificate of experience once you kick away the bond and nothing else...Always do grab opportunities which come your way rather than waiting for the day where you say ohhhh mujy ye karna chahye tha ab ye ho jata...

hello to all its not a BDO Job..... TBO is totally General banking Officer Job means you would be deploy in account opening depart, clearing , remittance etc.. BDO is sales oriented job. which is least prefer than Trainee cash Officer job .... sub sa thaki how job BDO ki hoti hai. TBO lead to Operation manager and BDO lead to Relationship manager .

I do not disagree with your valuable comments.but i asked the interviewers about this "bdo" thing.and they said that yed you'll have to sell our products..they said these words.youll have to meet the business targets!
