I Don't know, Why i was rejected. they asked general questions from me like
1.Introduce yourself
2. Father's profession
3. Monthly Income. I said 9-12 lac
4. Then What are you doing in banking Industry
4. Why you are not joining your Father business
5.Why we select you?
May be I was rejected due to my Family business

Your monthly income is a clear signal to the recruiters that you do not need this job or put it this way someone who is more needy got job instead of you.

I think this is not the big issue of rejection. This Job was not in my destiny. This was my first interview after graduation

Unless interviewers get the impression that you are needy of job and you are going to be doing it in the long run, nobody will give you job. Employee turnover is one of the biggest problems in banking these days. Keep that in mind. Employers of Banks are not willing to give jobs to people whom they see as not working with the bank in the long run.

i think nobody knows about result on this forum.may be after 10th muharm interview letters are issued to passing candidates.
