By passing through the last posts regarding TO test,it looks that last time people of 60 plus had been called for interviews.This time my estimate is that people of 65 plus marks will be called for interviews.Those who will be 80 Plus will be more secure since only few will be in that list.Most of the candidates fall in 70's.So merit will be tight this time.

Merit will definitely be tight but it will be delayed much as well...
