I don't think so about the stay order be the factor that can delay the result.If it had been done,IBP would not have conducted the exam.

Stay order was granted after announcemwnt of test that's why they conducted tests as per schedules. Moreover appointments are not cancelled but it will take too much time to complete the process of these hirings

IBP has compiled the result and handed over to NBP.Now,its upon NBP,when they will disclose the result.Hopefully,within next two weeks,result is expected.The news about stay order and others are mere bluffs,so don't lend your ears to these rumors.
