Can any one tell me are these jobs long lasting or only for 3 years Contract

Don't worry contract will renewed and chances are there to become permanent in future.

i got sms for TO, my interview is on 27 sep. I just wanna ask that will they allocate people on different departments education wise or allocate themselves, like I am in IT field so want to be allocated in IT branch, is it possible???
