Candidates who are not selected are on waiting list.
Next inline are usually contacted when a selected candidate do not accept the offer.

If someone doesn't accept offer, does sbp replace him with someone from the same region!?

If your info is true then as far as I remember it will be the biggest batch of OG-2 to date.

They hired 83 OG-2 in the 4th batch of YPIP.
