Guys hold onto your horses.Thing is our preparation wasn't upto the mark.Google questions of NTS, they are also taken from different sites/books. IBP has the full authority to take the questions from anywhere as well. Even some questions came from economic survey of Pakistan 2014-15 so you can't really doubt their authenticity. Regarding the calculator matter,i haven't heard about any center that allowed it so there is nothing to worry about.

Dear all... If you guys really want something in your favour then just emphasise on passing criteria... because no one can challenge them for conducting this test once again because of various reasons...
1. They might reply that "use of calculator" was just a misprint 2. No organisation is liable to give paper exactly according to the sample paper even some organisations conduct tests without giving any sample paper.. 3. I am sure there must be alot of candidates who have attemted the maths section very easily So complaining IBP/SBP for use of calculator, a copy paste paper ( copy paste doesn't matter for a student who is good at maths), paper other than sample paper is just useless, believe me they are not going to consider any of your e-mails... if you guys really want something favourable then just request them to change the passing criteria that means "total marks instead of each portion wise marks..." please move in right direction if you guys are serious with it Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk |

For Point number 1( The argument is not that the use of calculator is was not communicated to US. But calculator has been used by many candidates in different test centers. which questions the credibility of test as allowing usage of calculator to some candidates is amenable to assisting them in cheating and Unfair means...( and the complicit in this act is IBP) 2) Yes some organization do not give sample papers, but organization who gave sample paper do not deviate from the sample paper. 3) A reliable test is a balanced one, not tilted to any particular discipline so to accommodate the diverse background of the candidates...further if a candidate can make solve it in his or her mind good for him/her but it does not mean that others should b not allowed to use calculator. |

the problem isn't only with the time taking questions of maths.. The problem is that doing math section wrong distracted and disturbed the tempo of the rest of the paper.. I did math portion first and when I did five questions of math in 20 minutes and the rest of them "A TUKKA" Cuz if i would have done all math questions I would never be able to give time to other sections..
And after doing math I was very disappointed and through out the paper i couldn't concentrate other sections, cuz I had this thing in my mind that I won't b able to pass analytical section... So math portion not only was individually time consuming, it on the other hand affected the psycho during paper after analytical section.. Sent from my Hol-U19 using Tapatalk |

Cut off marks
According to IBP test for OG-I there will be cut-off marks in each section. So you have to attain that many marks in each section to qualify for the Interview. This is the criteria used by SBP for screening.
