He might be right. I went for SBOTS interview on 29th and the guy who was taking the documents told me that Ypip's final list has been compiled just announcement is awaited. Maybe the governor's change is causing the delay.

That wasn't my intention.
i was just exploring the IBP site and had seen the RESULT ANNOUNCED link, considered it the final result and hence posted over here. Now just realized that i'm probably mistaken by the words and link is only about written result.

P.S: i wasn't in the race for this post, hence, i still don't know what is in the link because it demands name, password.
