Yes brother you are right. Interview is the main thing. I just wanted to know how many are in the game.Like just a rough idea. How was your interview? Did they ask banking/finance related questions or was it general? and your domicile?

Dear it was good.They asked basic economic questions like monetary policy,fiscal policy,tax to gdp,investment bank,etc.Actually,They tried alot to confuse me.But i did not.I am from Sindh.Wat about you.How was your interview ?

Well i can't tell exactly how did my interview go because it was totally general. Only one person asked all the questions. What is sovereignty, is Kashmir sovereign state? Applied on social sciences degree. Psychiatrist also asked why did people go for CSS and why did i want to be a CSP? In the end, i was asked about my family and siblings, settlement,etc.

One of my acquaintances, who got selected in last year's YPIP, tells me that the general interest of the interview panel matters a lot. If only one or two people are asking questions, it is not an encouraging sign. If each of the panelists is involved, and you are answering well, it is a very positive sign. But competition is a lot less tough in KP and Balochistan, compared to Punjab and Sindh. So keep your hopes up until the results.

The psychologist asked me 5-6 questions i-e, koi aisa waqia jis pay afsos ho, your proudest moment, your biggest weakness, what personality trait of yours would you like to improve, how did you resolve a conflict in past etc. I dont know if it's a good thing or not.

Lol. I am on the other end of the spectrum and feeling exactly the same. She didn't ask me a single question.

What's your background? Can you please elaborate on your interview experience a little more? How long was it? What type of questions did the psychologist ask?
There was a lady in our panel .I guess she was the psychologist. She was just observing, nothing else.I am an engineer.They mostly asked basic economic questions. What i observed is that the way you conduct yourself and answer would be a deciding factor in selection.
