"Graduation Certificate" means they are asking for your degree. In case if u dont have, you can show your final transcript as a proof of your degree completion. So do not worry but make sure that you show all your documents in original.

no waiting candidates were nt for sbots bt i asked if they cud nt get enuf ppl thru the process ....just want to know those special interview were conducted for the beloved ones or due to lesser num of ppl meeting the criteria line ?

it cant be Karachi people were by far the most qualified, some of them were actually good bankers making more than 6 figures, so i dont believe that Karachi folks were short on anything, special interviews generally mean that some relative of Executive Directors or Governor appeared for the interview.
