I have heard that training has not yet been startrd and those who have not joined are being called and persued for this.

Congratulations to all those who have made it to final list . . . Enjoy your stay at NIBAF . . .

Attention: Top ten position holders do get departments of their own choice, but remember this wont give you good grades when you will join SBP here at Karachi. It is because you become part of the finest stream of MBA/ACCA/CA from all over Pakistan already working under SBOTs batches, therefore the performance here at SBP Karachi would only count towards your professional work life grades. so try to enjoy as much as you can at NIBAF, make a strong bond among yourselves and have fun.

SBP purely recruits people on basis of merit. therefore, if someone denies the offer made by SBP, it wont make any difference. He/She will be considered if passes the test and goes through GD and Interview Successfully.

How much is the monthly take home salary of AD SBP and how much service is required for promotion to Deputy Director from AD?

SBOTS are inducted as AD in SBP and are offered initial salary of Rs. 45,900. Their salary range is (45900-110,000) almost.

Don't know about promotion plan. This depends upon your performance. Bell curve rating is used for annual appraisals of employees.
