Default HR decisions

Dear Sadia A Awan,

The thing is that Decisions of HR are dependent upon the current policy in tact. May be when your senior qualified the policy took this degree as economical and SBOTS were taken, but this time it may not be taking it as such. Please do call HR Department, Its an important time in life, so strive but do not let it go if it can be done. do mention your senior in your call and application.

Regards,

Ateeb

Hey sadia sorry to hear about ur situation. you should try to reach Mr. Inayat deputy director of HR but I think he would not be able to help you out coz HR is absolutely going by the book rather they have become lakeer k fakeer. They don't want to be flexible or hear any logical reasoning. Even I had to suffer so much coz of them. I won't be able to share details but all I can say is they refuse to accept any explanation or evidence from any other institution. All they said was "newspaper to Jo bhe advertise hoa tha we r going to stick to it no matter what"
Even NTS ppl did zero effort. They should have made it clear to you and to all others who suffered bcoz of them. Instead of waiting for so long I think being rejected in first place would have been a better option.

But there should be a solution for the problem at least someone to listen. I think scrutining persons would be educated and are from a worthy institution from Pakistan. They are just spoiling the deserving people on these kind of issues which they don't understand. At least its not the fault at our side. If they don't know any HEC then what they would say about their own degrees. Can anyone knows how to contact of deputy director. 'Coz the mailing address of SBP HR dept. is sheilded and is of no use which they have given for these kind of queries.

no DD or JJD can help you i blv. These decisions come from top. i assume that they know hec and everything and also understand ur logics, but cant do against the order. if u can, then seek some senior HR person, perhaps og6 lvl.

Reaching og6 lvl person would be highly unlikely. But at least she would be able to register her protest and prolly they (DD JD) will convey the message up the hierarchy.
