It says: 'Send Application form along with original NTS copy of deposit slip, domicile, CNIC and 3 passport size photographs to NTS Headquarters'

What does it mean? Just the original copy of deposit slip or the other documents should also be original?

Secondly, what should i write in the degree title of SSC and HSC?

Just the original NTS copy of deposit slip is required and attach the photo states of your documents not original.
