i got 66 and qualified Alhamdullilah

Yes, there is always a minimum service bond, which i guess will be for 3 years but not confirmed. YPIP seats are normally around 50 to 60

Not necessary, you can attest them from any 17 or above, gazetted officer.

anybody from balochistan, 'who qualified'...??
