most probably basics about SBP and BSC, and basics of economics esp macro economics, rest will depend on your area of specialization and work experience, if any.

what questions other than subject related could they ask from us? and what you people think, will there be any psychiatrist among interviewers panel?

other-than-academics may include a lot of things, i suggest you better check the thread for the previous batch where seniors have shared their interview experiences.

OG 1 is the lowest grade in officer cadre. OG 2 (ypip) is one grade higher in hierarchy. Moreover ypip might have some better job allocation after completion of training, as compared to junior officers.

I am currently working as an MTO in Telecom sector.
I wanted to know , If one go for YPIP, what would be the career prospect for him.. after 3-5 years. actually making a comparison YPIP ofcourse is havinga job security

Actually last year i cleared for SBOTS and could not join for some personal reasons. Usually they make comparison of SBOTS and YPIP. And definately job prospects of SBoTS are more promising than YPIP.
One of my friends joined sbp-bsc in YPIP batch 2010, but has not obtained a single promotion yet.
As far as job security is concerned, its a good job to serve federal govt institution. But please be mindful that according to new policy of SBP, pensions are not awarded to retiring employees (who joined sbp after 2005).
