Lo g. Now sbp will train engineers, and teach them for 6 months about finance, economy, banking. O bhaiya 6 months main toh engineer ko debt credit nhe aana... Hahahaha
Just on the bases of nts test (jiss main question kiya tha k cricket world cup 2019 kahan ho ga, n that tennis question). If one doesn't like cricket, so he doesn't deserve central banks job.
I am sorry for candidates having MBA finance, Acca, icma, bba finance, jinho nai life k 4,6 saal finance, economy and banking ko samjhnai aur analysis mai laga deya.
Phir boltai hai departments key performance low hai, jiss mulk mai engineer central bank mai aur doctor css mai Arabic ka paper dai k Police mai lagta hai us mulk ka kiya hoga. Funny.
Congratulations to SBP on this type of selection.

All those who have not been selected, stop whining about it. Accept your rejection with grace. As they say..

zawaal aaye tou poorey kamal mein aaye.

Failed, and this was my second consecutive failure. I think this time I failed better. Congratulations to all those who have made it to NIBAF. You guys must be better and deserving ones.

nts and organisations should call for candidates with relevant studies.its like if i get selected for engineer post through luck and nts test, the heck would i know about it? nts and organizations are making money by allowing all to apply.and then we say why we are having a collapsing economy. e.g najam saithi running PCB :p

Almost everyone here had an excellent interview so how can you judge from here who performed above the line...?? and of course written communication has played its part in the final selection...if nts marks are the only base to qualify then why at first place a person with 65 marks were called for interview??and what was need of written communication and interview?

That means you understand that no merit was followed as even from within the existing employees of sbp person with 71 marks has been selected and those with 78 marks have been rejected.

Everyone did well in interview and every one has the calibre to write extra ordinary good in written test. Rest of merit is based on nts marks. Hence its crystal clear that no rule..no formula..

Its sbp BSC man..
I believe if any merit based selection is made that is done in sbp.. But in BSC.. This is game of reference ..sorry for hurting the feelings of those who are not on-merit selectees.

If an engineer can perform well in a finance interview and can grab his position, there must be no doubt on his skills and competency. Congratulations to the financial engineer

and for those who could not succeed...
"Bhaio agar ye engineer select na hota tou bhe hum sab ny nahi ho jana tha.. so please us ki jaan chour dain please".

G acha..
Merit aik aik seat pe banta hy aik aik number pe banta hy. Who knows if right qualification woyld have been invited then how many of jobless business graduates would have been selected.
Engineers should remain in their specific field. Jahan vacancy dekhi apply kr dia..
