So we have had enough of these boasts that SBP is equal opportunity, transparent govt. employer. They do not publish the result which they used to do in the past, and I think there must be at least 30 - 40 people who are given preference and are appointed on corrupt practices. They do not publish anywhere in their advertisement that internal employees will be given preference, and neither it is the policy of any govt organization (ex-employees can confirm this). So, for the next time if you are applying for any post in SBP, consider yourself lucky if you have scored highest among all, because there is a 70% invisible quota reserved.

Good luck to all those who are selected on merit and they deserve this post. And for those who have given more than their 100%, SBP does not deserve creative people like you.

And then they say our economic indicators are not moving in the predicted direction. The answer is who is predicting them?

Shattered. Got 77 marks and was 29th in the list at Lahore center. We were sitting together Ata ul Ihsan bhai. My interview went excellent, I don't know what happened. Can any body tell us that how many candidates have seen selected by sbp from Lahore center? As, Mr. Ata ul Ihsan asked the sbp person that day and he said that there are about 60 seats to be filled.
